About
Coaching Built On
KIFFIT Performance is a private coaching practice for people who are serious about how they train, recover, and carry themselves.
The Coach
Coaching Is A Relationship.
KIFFIT Performance is a private practice, not a facility. That means a small roster, direct access, and programming written by the person who actually watches you train.
Most people arrive with the same story. They are capable in every other part of their life, yet their training has been inconsistent for years. The fix is rarely more intensity. It is a structure they can hold onto during a hard week, a travel stretch, or a season with no spare time.
We build that structure together, then defend it. Progress gets measured, habits get reinforced, and the standard slowly stops feeling like effort and starts feeling like who you are.
Accountability
You are never guessing. Every week has a plan, a check in, and a straight answer about what is working.
Precision
Load, volume, and recovery are prescribed on purpose. Nothing in your week is filler.
Longevity
Training should add years of capability, not subtract them. Joints and tendons are trained like assets.

About KIFFIT
More Than Fitness.
Performance Is A Lifestyle.
KIFFIT Performance was built on a simple belief. The body you want is a byproduct of the standards you keep. Discipline is not motivation. It is a decision repeated until it becomes identity.
Every program is personal. We start with where you actually are, including your schedule, your history, and your ambition. Then we build the structure that makes progress inevitable through precise programming, honest accountability, and consistency measured in years rather than weeks.
The result is more than a physique. It is a body that performs, a mind that holds its edge under pressure, and confidence that carries into every room you walk into.
Why It Works
Small roster. Direct access.
You are coached by the person who writes your program and watches your reps. Nothing gets handed off, and nothing gets generic.
The Work

Authentic work.
No shortcuts.
Early mornings, honest reps, and a standard that does not move. This is what the process actually looks like. Quiet, deliberate, repeated.
